Continuing our quest for efficiency through technology and automation we have now created an integrated user-friendly marketing software that allows clients to create shipments from wherever they are in the world. At present, customers may create new shipment orders, request that PM Express order an item for them, include personal information and contact details, attach invoices, track packages and search by their account numbers to create new order- all completely hassle free and on-line. Once goods arrive in specified country, customs and brokerage services are provided and customers are advised when they are ready for collection or door to door delivery. The service is currently being offered in Jamaica with plans to expand to The Bahamas in the short term.
